1. Is it worth making a claim?
Please speak to us first, and we will advise you on the likely value of any claim. Even relatively minor injuries may still be worth pursuing.
2. How long do I have to make a claim?
You must make your claim within 3 years of the date of the accident.
In the case of a child, the claim must be brought within 3 years of the date of their 18th birthday.
3. How long will my claim take?
This will depend on the extent of your injuries.
Most cases are rarely concluded in less than 6 months, and take up to 12 months.
More complicated cases may take 12-18 months or possibly longer.
4. How much will my claim be worth?
This depends on the individual circumstances, but possible awards may be as follows:
