If your property is let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement, possession can be obtained by issuing accelerated shorthold possession proceedings in the country court.This is providing the correct notice to quit has been served upon your tenant and the tenancy is at an end.
We can assist you in securing possession of your property quickly and efficiently and take the hassle away of having to undertake this yourself. Most solicitors currently charge based on an hourly rate, which leaves you with a great deal of uncertainty as the value of their final bill.
